We need volunteers for this community service project! Please consider!

Latest Update: We have chosen the day of October 18 for the installation of the fence at the butterfly park in New Richmond.   All the post holes will be machine augured.  We need people to install the posts and put up the wood panels.  Please contact Caroline Duffy 143engineers@gmail.com if available to help and if you have equipment that can be used to assist with the work, such as survey or measuring tools, concrete placement or finishing tools, power tools, etc.

Update: We have three volunteers for work on the butterfly garden!  One will provide a tow behind auger or a bobcat-mounted one, so no hand digging of the post holes!  We have 25 post holes, so we will need a few more people to level the posts, put the concrete in the holes, and attach the fence panels.

Original Announcement: We have decided to tackle a community service project this summer and are looking for volunteers! For background information see this article. How we are partnering with On Our Way Home is constructing a 190-foot long fence for the butterfly park. They have the funds for the materials and water run to the property. The property is here. The materials will be delivered.
